Dozeeasy Return & Refund Policy

At Dozeeasy, we want to ensure you get a good night's sleep, and that includes feeling confident about your purchase. We believe in the quality and effectiveness of our products, but we understand sometimes things just don't work out.

Here's a breakdown of our policy:

Try it Out! 14-Day Minimum: We recommend using your FLEXIneck II for at least 14 days to experience the full benefits of its adjustable support.

45-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If after 14 days you're still not happy, no worries! You have 46 days from the purchase date to return your FLEXIneck II for a full refund (minus any applicable shipping fees).

How to Make a Return:

Contact Us: Initiate your return by reaching out to our friendly Dozeeasy Support Team. You can do this by filling out the form on our Contact Us page or emailing us directly at holla@dozeeasy.com.

Return Information: To expedite your return, please include your Order Number or the Name and E-Mail Address used when placing the order.

Damaged Items:

Report Within 72 Hours: If your FLEXIneck II arrives damaged, please let us know within 72 hours of delivery. Send an email to holla@dozeeasy.com with a clear photo of the damage.

Our Promise: We'll review your request and determine if you're eligible for a free replacement. Please note: wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by normal use is not covered by our policy.

    Additional Points:

    Cancellation Policy: Changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of purchase. After that timeframe, your order may already be processing and we may not be able to accommodate your request. If a cancellation is made within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

    Shipping & Delivery: While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays outside our control caused by couriers, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances. For delivery issues, please contact the courier directly. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

    Incorrect Shipping Address: The customer is responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. If an error is made and we are not notified within 24 hours, we cannot offer a resend or refund.

    Policy Updates: We reserve the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. It's the customer's responsibility to review the latest version before purchasing. By purchasing and using FLEXIneck II products, you acknowledge and accept this Return & Refund Policy.
